Air Outlet Replacement - Floor

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the heater/ventilation module. Refer to Heater Core Replacement.
2. Remove the floor air outlet screws.
3. Remove the floor air outlet (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the floor air outlet.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the floor air outlet screws (1).

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

3. Install the heater/ventilation module. Refer to Heater Core Replacement.
