Filler Tube Replacement
Removal Procedure





1. Remove the transmission oil level indicator.
2. Remove the nut securing the oil lever indicator tube to the transmission housing.





3. Remove the oil level indicator tube from the transmission case and seal.
4. Remove the seal from the transmission case.

Installation Procedure





1. Install a new seal into the transmission case.
2. Install the oil level indicator tube into the seal.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the nut securing the oil level indicator tube to the transmission stud.
^ Tighten the nut to 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.),
4. Install the transmission oil level indicator.
