Radiator Vent Inlet Hose ReplacementRemoval Procedure
1. Drain the cooling system.
2. If necessary, remove the engine sight shield.
3. Remove the radiator vent inlet hose from the radiator inlet hose clips.
4. Reposition the vent inlet hose clamp at the throttle body.
5. Remove the vent inlet hose from the throttle body.
6. Remove the vent inlet hose clip at the fan shroud.
7. Reposition the vent inlet hose clamp at the radiator.
8. If equipped with Regular Production Option (RPO) C36 (auxiliary heater), remove the vent inlet hose from the radiator.
9. If equipped without RPO C36 (auxiliary heater), remove the vent inlet hose from the radiator.
Installation Procedure
1. If equipped without RPO C36 (auxiliary heater), install the vent inlet hose to the radiator.
2. If equipped with RPO C36 (auxiliary, heater), install the vent inlet hose to the radiator.
3. Position the vent inlet hose clamp at the radiator.
4. Install the vent inlet hose clip at the fan shroud.
5. Install the vent inlet hose to the throttle body.
6. Position the vent inlet hose clamp at the throttle body.
7. Install the radiator vent inlet hose to the radiator inlet hose clips.
8. If necessary, install the engine sight shield.
9. Refill the cooling system.
