Special tools required:
- 00 9 317

Build date from 09/2002:
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove armrest from front door







Lower door window.
Remove reflective door insert (1).
Release short screws (2).
Release long screws (3).

1AZ Door trim panel to door 3 Nm







Release door trim panel with special tool 00 9 317 (trim panel wedge) from clips (1).

Installation:
Write down colors of clips and make sure they are reinstalled in their original positions.
If necessary, replace faulty clips.






Remove trim (3) of door release handle.
Carefully detach top end of door trim panel (1) in direction of arrow.
Lift door trim panel (1) away from locking/release button (2).
Remove door trim panel (1).
